What I am concerned about
Too many residents leave the community every day for work, while our commercial and industrial tax base remains limited.
What I will push for
My approach:
- Reduce unnecessary delays and red tape
- Make development fees and timelines more competitive
- Protect and expand employment lands
- Support existing local businesses
- Attract new employers and investment
- Grow the commercial and industrial tax base so homeowners are not carrying an increasing share of the burden
