Chelsa Meadus is an entrepreneur, former Maple Ridge City Councillor and longtime community advocate. As Co-Founder and Vice President of ATM Token Group, she works in the digital currency and financial technology space, including innovation around money remittance, digital payments and the emerging role of stablecoins in the future of finance.

At a time when affordability is one of the biggest concerns facing Maple Ridge residents, Chelsa believes City Hall needs strong fiscal watchdogs who understand budgets, ask hard questions and respect the people who pay the bill. As a former councillor, she knows how quickly major spending decisions can impact families, seniors, renters and small businesses, and she believes residents deserve clear information before they are asked to carry long-term costs.

Her focus is clear: responsible spending, stronger accountability, safer communities, support for local business and decisions that respect the people who pay the bill.

A life of community service

Chelsa was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal in recognition of her volunteerism and leadership in Maple Ridge, a career built on showing up for the community long before she ran for office.
